1-Free the tissue around the rib cage, lengthen the chest, resulting in upright posture and deeper breathing.
2-Focus on the lower legs and feet, building a foundation and bringing a sense of being firmly grounded and in touch with reality.
3-Lengthen the sides of the body and free the shoulders, so breathing expands for greater relaxation and available energy.
4,5,6-Adjust and lengthen the center line - core, which has the greatest impact on our movement. After these sessions walking typically takes a fraction of the energy with improved balance and freedom.
