Jesse Guerrero is a certified SOMA practitioner, LMP, and a Somatic educator. Having gone through the SOMA process at an early age, he gained intrinsic knowledge and appreciation for his body, which helped him overcome asthma, other injuries and emotional limitations. This led him to much athleticism and a further desire to share his knowledge with his community. His on-going goal is to help people find what empowers them and allows them to grow. "By changing our bodies, we can change the way we feel about ourselves and therefore change our relationship to the world."
